Anya Adams is the director and executive producer of “Prom Pact,”
from Disney Branded Television, a heartfelt romantic comedy set during
the emotion and excitement of high school prom season.

Adams is an award-winning Canadian American director best known for
the TV series “black-ish,” “Ginny & Georgia” and “The Good
Place.” She is a two-time NAACP Image Award winner for Outstanding
Directing in a Comedy Series for “GLOW” and “black-ish,” and
The Alice Initiative named Adams as one of the top emerging female
filmmakers on The Alice List for 2020.

Adams is a co-founder and producer of the popular, Webby-nominated
podcast “Sista Brunch,” and she is a recurring mentor for a
variety of spaces, including the Television Academy and Women in Film
Fellows. Most recently, Adams directed episodes of the Apple TV+
series “Roar,” the Amazon series “A League of Their Own,” and
the much-anticipated second season of the Showtime series
“Yellowjackets.”
